1. About the service

VetAI is an AI-based information service for pet owners. It does NOT replace a licensed veterinarian and must not be used for diagnosis or emergency care.

2. No medical advice

Answers from VetAI are guidance only. In life-threatening situations – always call an emergency vet immediately.

3. Your account

You are responsible for account security. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, send malicious code, or attempt to bypass security measures.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Account.

6. Limitation of liability

VetAI is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Swedish general courts.
