What images can I send?

Photos of skin changes, wounds, eyes, stools or how the animal is moving work best. Take the photo in good light and as close to the area as possible. Our multimodal AI combines what it sees with your description for a more precise assessment.

How reliable is the image analysis?

Image analysis is a support – not a verdict. A single image is never enough for diagnosis. When in doubt, or if the image shows something abnormal, we always refer you to a vet.

What happens if I describe something urgent?

For signs of breathing difficulties, collapse, seizures, heavy bleeding, suspected poisoning or trauma, VetAI stops normal advice and tells you to go to the animal emergency clinic immediately.

Does VetAI take responsibility for my vet care?

Accepted Answer

No. VetAI is a guidance tool and does not replace a vet. Medical responsibility always lies with the licensed vet who sees your animal. In life-threatening situations – always contact emergency care immediately.
