Data controller

VetAI AB (registration number to be added) is the controller for the processing of your personal data on vetai.app.

What data we collect

We collect the following:

• Account data: email address, name (when signing in with Google).
• Content you create: pet profiles, weight, health events, chat messages.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device (for security and operations).
• Payment data: handled by Stripe – we store only a reference ID.

Why we process the data

To provide the service, authenticate you, give personalized answers based on your pet profiles, handle payments, and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and data portability. Contact us at hej@vetai.app. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Chat history can be deleted at any time. On account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Google AI Studio and OpenAI (AI responses). Data may be transferred to the EU/US under adequate safeguards.
